Time Commitment & Support
Trustees typically attend three full Board meetings per year, as well as three potential Committee meetings, also held termly. Advance preparation is usually an hour of reading material. Committee meetings (Finance, Standards, Audit & Risk) are typically held via MS Teams. Trustees are welcomed to the AGM (held after the first full Trust Board meeting of the year) of our Members which is an annual, typically in-person event.
These formal meetings are all scheduled annually in advance and are alongside occasional school visits, personal development activities and any extraordinary events that may arise from time-to-time. Full induction support is provided and ongoing training opportunities are offered annually, so you will be well supported in the role.
About Endeavour the Multi-Academy Trust

Our Trust is an outward-looking and dynamic organisation that retains pride in its bespoke curriculums whilst embracing the new with an open mind. Collaboration within the Trust amongst its constituent schools – as well as our partnership with external organisations – greatly enhances the quality and diversity of education offered. The Nolan Principles
The Trust fully subscribes to the Seven Nolan Principles of Public Life. These are ethical standards for UK public office holders established in 1995. They govern how we conduct ourselves: with selflessness, integrity, objectivity, accountability, openness, honesty, and leadership. These principles are intended to apply to politicians, civil servants, and all those delivering public services, guiding them to act in the public interest.
